Research and Development:-

This is a continuous ongoing process in the department. We are always on the lookout for new products and also working on enhancing the efficacy if regular products, working to develop compatibility of our products with the international quality of products. To achieve this objective, we have established a most modern prototype model of extraction and recovery with a high vacuum system (HVS) and handle light herbs up to 5kg. capacity.
On confirmation from the Pilot plant result commercial batches are carried out and subsequently solvent is recovered under high vacuum to avoid decomposition of an active ingredient. The extractor ranges from 1.2MT to 3.5MT volumetric capacity. All the manufacturing equipment are validated for its capacity and performance.
The extracts are pulverized to make Dry Extract (DE) of 80 to 100 mesh depending upon the requirements, also we can make Soft Extract (PG), Thick Paste (TP) and Oleoresin (OE) can be offered as per requirements of the formulators. The Quality Control (QA & QC) equipments are under regular validation process internally, also by the third party for its reliability in result and performance. Our products are Eco friendly, Natural and Organic conforming to International and Herbal Pharmacopeia standards. The products are customized to be compatible with our customer requirements to enhance the efficacy and shelf life.
